When you are looking to hire at  an Executive/Leadership role level this requires a different process from mid-level positions, across all stages of the recruitment life-cycle.

An essential part of this  comprehensive recruitment process is to outline the current expectation of the candidate but also the long term expectation of both the role and the candidate and how both are expected to develop in the future.

At the  initial registration of the senior role, we will arrange a number of consultations with the organisation to establish key background information and to outline the process, which can be tailored specifically to your needs. Typically assignments are carried out on a retained basis, however we would discuss the process at the outset to establish a detailed working plan and timeline for the search.
